If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please advise us at least 72 hours before your appointment to avoid a penalty. $50 will not be refundable if the cancellation policy is not met. The cancellation notice can be given via @laviva.hairstudio@outlook.com if sent before the cancellation period.

This provides other clients an opportunity to take your appointment should you no longer be free to keep yours.

At La Viva Hair Studio, we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All client appointments are confirmed twice on the date of booking or the day prior to the appointment via text message or email. You may also prefer both depending on your profile preference.
